Illuminati Premium London Dry Gin is made in the traditional method of a London dry gin using a hybrid carter-head distillation process. This method produces a crystal clear high purity spirit.

The method involves a lot more finesse and attention to detail. As well as producing a crystal clear gin, the London dry process has quite a few more bells and whistles that determine the final flavour profile. This provides a set of more precise controls to shape the intensity and blend of botanical infusion but also a much finer margin for error.

Illuminati Premium London Dry Gin is studiously made with hot and cold infusion; with each botanical influence merging in the distillation process to produce a delicious traditional London dry gin.

Illuminati Premium London Dry Gin is easy on the palate while retaining the fuller juniper fruitiness of a traditional London dry.  Given our gin was created with the help of AI specifically to be the best gin ever, it’s hardly surprising that the flavour is a precise balance of what every gin lover in the world prefers.

With any bottled spirits the quality is always affected by the purity of the water used to cut the spirit down to bottle strength. At the distillery we use only pure water taken from a  local protected mountain catchment reserviour.

Where did the name from? The Illuminati name was inspired by the 3 AI platforms that we pitched against each other to assist the development of our favourite gin.
