Gin and Tonic

Fill a highball glass 2/3rds full with ice.
Add 2 nips (60 ml) of Illuminati Premium London Dry Gin.
Add 2 slices of fresh lemon or lime.
Fill to the brim with top quality Indian Tonic water (for example Schweppes.)

Classic Dry Martini

Place a martini glass in the freezer for a few minutes; or in the fridge for 15 minutes.
Skewer 2 green olives with a toothpick.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
To the shaker add 150ml of Illuminati Premium London Dry Gin, 2 teaspoons of brine from the olive jar and 25 ml of Martini extra dry Vermouth.
Shake until well chilled and diluted to taste.
Strain into chilled martini glass and garnish with the prepared olives.

Negroni

Add even parts each of Illuminati Premium London Dry Gin, Campari and Cinzano Rosso Vermouth to 2/3rdsĀ  fill a cocktail shaker.
Top up with ice, shake briefly and strain into a lowball glass. Garnish with orange peel.
